What we collect
Name, email, mobile number, date of birth, membership tier, event entries, donations, and basic device and usage data. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
How we use it
To run your account, verify your identity, process payments, issue entry QR codes, send alerts you opted into, provide support, prevent fraud and spam, and improve the service.
Who we share with
Service providers acting for us: Stripe (payments), an SMS provider, an email provider, Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection) and analytics if you accept cookies. Donation boards show only your first name and last initial. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your device if you choose. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to authorized staff, and sessions use secure cookies. We keep data while your account is active and as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and opt out of messages at any time, at support@kurrency.us. Residents of some states have additional rights.
Minors & updates
Kurrency is for adults 18 and older and does not knowingly collect data from minors. Changes will be posted here.
